On Site Services Include:

     Maintenance By Request:  Appliance installation, repair, and disposal.  Ceiling and wall repair, interior maintenance checks, window treatment repair or replacement, entry door replacements or glass inserts, deck membrane and railing replacement, plumbing repair and replacement, interior doors, woodwork, and trim and screen door repair.

     Housekeeping by Request:  Washing walls, washing interior windows, appliance cleaning (inside and out), spot cleaning rugs, washing all bedding and linens, cleaning window treatments, cleaning light fixtures, moving and cleaning all furniture, and cleaning of cabinets (inside and out), high dusting (fans and window sills), and reporting any damaged items to owners.

     On-site Project Coordination and Management:  The on-site management team in available to answer all of your questions regarding major projects, maintenance repairs, and billing statements.
